What do I do if I don't want to place my order online?
Our store is open 7 days a week, Mon-Sat 9am-5.30pm, Sun 11am-4pm.
How much will I pay for delivery?
The delivery charge for all orders is free, regardless of how many items you order. Please note delivery may not be possible in more remote areas of the UK, please contact us on 0191 224 2474 for more information.
I've placed an order online, what happens next?
Once your order is placed, it will be allocated a unique reference number which you can quote in any enquiry you may have.
How long will my furniture take to arrive?
This will depend upon the products ordered, products made to order may take longer.
How will I know when my furniture is ready to be dispatched?
When your furniture is ready, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
I've ordered more than one item—will they arrive together?
Most orders will arrive at the same time. If the furniture is delivered on our behalf from a supplier, it may arrive separately.

We have a 20,000 square feet showroom showcasing bedroom, living room and dining room furniture, you can see what it would look like in-room settings so you get an idea of how it would look in your home.
